I go through the whole process I went through, from trimming and brining a brisket, to then cooking it in the instant pot. Amy and Jacky Instant pot corned beef and cabbage. I cooked mine for just under 2 hours with a 20 minute natural pressure release. Note, I have a 8 Quart instant pot, so if you have a smaller one, you will need to cook less than 8 pounds of corned beef at a time.
